Solo, ORD entry

Yes, the day have finally come. My last duty. No more after Saturday. Now it's leave, all the way til 6 Aug, barring any last minute activation by my RSM at least. My days will be full of waking up in the late mornings, SCV watching, and if there's time, some exercise. Ahh, the life of an ORD-ing guy..

If you have not watched Transformers, you really really, really should. OMG, the movie of the year for me, by far. The graphics was marvellous. Funny too... Can't wait for the DVD release. Will definitely buy it. Anyways, to keep up with my thirst of movie, Mimi and me watched Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix at Vivo. Quite nice I must say. A darker one compared to the previous 3(or is it 2?). But I must say the trailer of Rush Hour 3 and The Simpson Movie was what got me excited. From what I saw, I will definitely watch it when it gets out. French-speaking asian and Spider-pig? HAHAHAHAHA...

Looks like I can only update the blog through Mimi's laptop, since my monitor at home decided to blow up. Well, it's not really the "blow-up" kind of blow up, if you know what I mean. The stupid adaptor suddenly "popped", and the screen went black. Tried buying another adaptor at the Challenger, but knowing what bad luck I have with computer gadgets, I still went about buying this $55 adaptor, only finding it out later on that my monitor wasn't compatible. Not surprising there.

Willl be updating a long one here since Mimi don't feel like updating. Well this is my plan for the upcoming week. Hopefully 3 days of gym, farewell dinner with my RP Team, quality time with my darling, especially on the 20th when we will be going the zoo since she got free passes for us.

Did a little "ORD shopping" for myself. Bought a new wallet, new slippers, new shirts, and plenty of games for the PSP. Yes, we guys do have our periods of feel good shopping. Am now thinking, should I get another set of dumbells, a new pair of shoes, or a the Creative Zen Stone MP3 player?

Haiz, can't believe I actually burned $55 on an adaptor that I can't use.

Monkeycrap, out.
